This Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer (“Agreement”) is issued by Kansagra Partners LLC, along with any entities it owns, manages, advises, operates, or is affiliated with—including, but not limited to, KP Investment LLC and all associated LLCs, affiliates, subsidiaries, joint ventures, investment vehicles, operating entities, advisory relationships, and any future or past entities under common control or partnership (collectively referred to as “KPLLC Entities,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, browsing, using, or interacting with this website, any of our affiliated websites, communications, services, emails, platforms, digital or physical content, or engaging with any entities we are affiliated with in any capacity (collectively, the “Services”), you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by the following terms and conditions in full.
All Services provided by KPLLC Entities are offered strictly “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and without any warranties or guarantees of any kind—express, implied, or statutory—including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, system compatibility, or non-infringement. We expressly disclaim any liability for any decisions made or actions taken by you based on any information, representations, data, communication, or interaction with KPLLC Entities or their personnel, partners, or content.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, KPLLC Entities shall not be liable under any circumstances—whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise—for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages resulting from:
Nothing provided by KPLLC Entities, whether written, verbal, implied, or inferred, shall constitute legal, tax, investment, fiduciary, or financial advice. You acknowledge and agree that any actions you take are solely your responsibility, and you are advised to consult with your own legal, tax, and financial advisors before relying on any communication or engagement with KPLLC Entities. No fiduciary relationship exists between you and any KPLLC Entity.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KPLLC Entities and their owners, officers, directors, managers, employees, partners, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs, damages, penalties, judgments, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your reliance on any information or engagement with any KPLLC Entity, or any breach of this Agreement.
KPLLC Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any actions, omissions, policies, or performance of any third parties, affiliates, hotel operators, management companies, advisors, or investment partners. You engage with such parties at your own discretion and risk.
This Agreement applies to all users, clients, investors, visitors, and partners regardless of geographic location. It is enforceable in all 50 U.S. states, territories, and internationally, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You acknowledge that various jurisdictions may have differing standards and you assume full responsibility for compliance with your local laws and regulations.
KPLLC Entities make no guarantees regarding outcomes, financial results, investment performance, hotel success, operational benchmarks, or the accuracy or completeness of any forward-looking statements, projections, or representations. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and KPLLC Entities. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas (or the home jurisdiction of KPLLC at the time of dispute), without regard to its conflict of law rules.
